Simple C++ help?

i am writing a program for a class and i keep getting a similar error:





error C2593: 'operator %26lt;%26lt;' is ambiguous





i am trying to overload the %26lt;%26lt; operator to print out a linked list





i am hoping that i can atleast get some idea as to the problem without having to post the code because it is pretty long.





Ill take whatever help you can give, even if it is just a general suggestion.
